Signs is a unique garment designed in collaboration with No Luck. Hand painted like a canvas with a brush and an acrylic based textile paint, it retains the effect and texture of real paint and is still washable. A secondhand garment found in a small store in Brussels.

Failure to understand or overlook signs can have fatal consequences. Overlooking a warning sign leads to an accident. SOS. Seeing the same avoids the accident. Verbal and also physical signs enable communication and are therefore essential and always given.

Signs are everywhere and we don’t notice them all because there are so many different ones and our everyday life is going too fast. Time runs faster than we could interpret all the signs and thus we focus on the most important for us.
